Description

After Marvel cancelled the Transformers comic, I needed something new to read in its place. I found their RoboCop adaptation, and began following that series. Interestingly enough, Marvel's RoboCop creative staff were several former Transformers creators like Simon Furman, Andrew Wildman and veteran UK artist Lee Sullivan.

This issue marks the beginning of the end of the Marvel RoboCop run as Dark Horse Comics would gain the license.

I was happy to grab this cover off of eBay. I've seen a couple RoboCop covers come and go over the years, and always regretted not adding one to my collection.

It looked to have the edgy satire and contradiction of being Robocop versus when he used to have a family life. Sullivan makes it look dramatic like he's walking off into the sunset and away from OCP. A finale storyarc begins!
