If you are a certain age, you can hear Optimus Prime whisper, "Arise Rodimus Prime". Livio has done a lot of work for IDW on Transformers so I got him to recreate this scene.

The Matrix of Leadership!  It has the great Japanese animated look of the movie with the lights that make this scene bascially a coronation for Hot Rod.
