I commissioned this piece after buying the Rogues piece. Scott graciously included Proty II as the Terrific Whatzit, the Golden Age turtle speedster.

They all look like they mean business and not pets to be messed with! It's a conscious choice by Kolins to make them as formidable as the Flash's rogues.
