A great looking page by the Canadian based American, providing great storytelling while bringing our two nations together. Oh, and of course he's trying to get with Frost. He's a horny Atlantean and he knows she has bedded down with too many guys to keep track of, so it's a natural.

If Namor and George Michael had ever had a sexiest man competition, the universe would have collapsed into itself under the pressure of having to pick a winner.

Oh Namor ... you sly dog ... such a way with women.  "Be silent!  I feel ... I know ... the answer to you question is in there.  I don't know what it is.  I'm going to see.  You may do as you wish."  Seriously, the guy oozes charm and self confidence.  And what an awesome page.  Congrats!

Nice page!  The inking is fantastic.

Wicked cool page, Michael.  I love the slope of the panels here; it adds velocity to Namor's explosion of speed in the top panel, dovetails perfectly into the second horizontal panel (both setting the scene and working to keep the reader's eye sliding towards the black cave on the right) and then lending a claustrophobic bent to the bottom panel, as it feels like the walls close in around them...  Gorgeous use of negative space at the bottom there, too; Namor's fish-scale tunic is used SO well there.  I'm in complete agreement about how excellent Dark Reign was!  Great pick up and timely post, Michael!  Leonard Kirk Imperius Wrecks this one!

Fabulous description of the page, and I agree completely about the tunic.  I've always thought Namor looks much more regal in the tunic than he does in just his traditional swimsuit.

Dark Reign was definitely a fun arc - great page from it here!  Money splash up top with Namor straight speeding, followed by some more shadowed panels as he enters the cave.  Killer stuff by Kirk.  I need to get a piece by him soon.  Congrats!
