I bet this city has fabric softener. Cheeta used to much starch on loin cloth again.

You try and soften fabric with that hard jungle water!

A very beautiful scene! It looks like somethning that might've been used as a chapter illustration for a larger story book reprint of a Tarzan story.

If I was one of those guys who had his own private jet to fly him anywhere he wanted, I'd be at banging on your front door begging to see this in person.  Then again, if I had that kind of money, I'd probably be glued to my computer 24/7 bidding on HA auctions.  LOL!  But I think I'd still make time to fly out and see this beauty.  Congrats buddy!  Helluva Grell piece!

Grell's painting is lush with the foliage and has powerful lure of the large image of Tarzan.  It radiates that classic charisma with a flow and weight of this scene in nature.  It's also lunch and I've got a hankering for a slice of pizza.

Wow, that looks really vibrant. I also love all the shaddowning of the jungle. Really cool piece.

I was already incredible intrigued just by the little thumbnail for this one, and what a visual treat to click on it and see it in a much larger form.  Stunning colors and shadow work!  Love that city in the background too.

Wow!  That's just beautiful!  The shadows dappled on Tarzan just make the piece for me for some reason.  Really, everything about it is excellent.

Wow - what a stunner, Rick.  Every hidden city worthy of the name is worth its weight in sparkles, and I love how Mike gets 'em all in via the (I'm just going to say) orchids (because it's ALWAYS orchids, right?).  The colors are beautiful, and the size of the piece means this treasure will stay anything but hidden.  Mike Grell!  Awesome pick up, Rick!

Love Tarzan, since the days Joe Kubert drew him.  Great painting!  Grell crushed it!
