(Hanna-Barbera) Capitol Critters was a short-lived animated series from Steven Bochco, Hanna-Barbera, and ABC, and was intended to be a powerhouse competitor to The Simpsons. It features mice, rats, and roaches living in Washington DC and focused on current events such as gun control and drug abuse...why wasn't this a hit?

This key master setup with its hand-painted background features Jammet being interrogated by roach police.
