by Gordon Dickson originally published by Berkley in 1965.

Karel Thole was renowned for his long work for the Italian science fiction magazine Urania.
For that reason, I wanted a representative cover from that series.
This one has a good sci-fi theme with one ship attacking another and was an illustration for a book by one of my favorite science fiction authors, Gordon Dickson, who I had the pleasure of meeting twice.

My favorite story is Brothers and I also highly recommend The Dorsai Trilogy.

Great cover by Thole! He not only was a fine painter and illustrator, but also an extraordinary creator of imaginative worlds and alien beings.
