Marvel Team Up Annual 5, p 30 - Gruenwald and Mooney

The Serpent Crown starred in more amazing 70s/80s comics than just about any other villanous device. It was both ridiculous and compelling (and a little scary thanks to the scales).

MTU and M2-in-1 were home to some of its best appearances. This page brings both together with its half splash of Thing, Scarlet Witch, and Doctor Strange.

Best known for his writing, Gruenwald turned in some strong art her with an assist from Mooney. There was likely an overlay with Doc Strange's astral self that has dissapeared over the years.
