Description
Batman #693 Page 11

Pencils by Tony Daniel
Inks by Sandu Florea

While I already had that splash page from The Tenth as the Tony Daniel piece in my collection, I did want to get one of his Batman Pages since he is one of my favorite Batman artists and writers.

This page features two of my all-time favorite characters: Huntress and Nightwing (Although at this point just coming out of the 'Battle for the Cowl' storyline, Grayson has taken up the mantle of Batman).

I really like this page because of the half-splash shot of Helena in a beautiful dress as she pulls Grayson into a kiss to avoid being spotted by Hush (impersonating Bruce Wayne) and Jeremiah Arkham (The director of Arkham Asylum and the new Black Mask). Tony Daniel didn't utilize Huntress too much during his Batman tenure, so I'm really happy to be able to get this great page with her from him!

Sexy subterfuge!  It's a well designed page with the circle behind them continuing into the panels on the right through tangents of linework, lighting, and shadows.
