Description

26”x29” (frame 36”x39”) Painted in 1936; purchased in 2015. Help on this one, please. Offered by Heritage in the July 2003 San Diego Comic Auction Sale #807, Lot #3211, with it described as a magazine story illustration and published version of the art included. However, the photo of the published version looks simply like a black and white print with no wording to help identify where the painting was published. The painting did not sell at that time and I picked it up later.
