Description
"Fatal Pulse" (1988) Greg Manchess' pencil concepts for the film's artwork (also painted by Greg). I'm not sure his work was ever used for a poster (but definitely used for VHS).

Definitely went with the right one.  The one on the left could be her own hand covering her own mouth gasping in surprise.  The horror shows up more in the one they used.
