Fantastic 2-page sequence! 

What?!? I first read Legion with Legion '89, but I don't remember them saying that the team name was an acronym for "Licensed Extra-Governmental Interstellar Operatives Network"! Mind you, I don't really remember many details of any comic I've ever read. But still, that's wild as I always thought the periods between the letters were added just because it looked cool!

Once I had a Vril Dox
I called him Brainiac
I had to know it's time to buy
That looked just like a splash
I beg for great Kitson
And he was founder as could be
I pinned it up to look at
'Cause he looked alright to me

I found him as a Brainiac
Just wandering about

And his inks were sticking out
I knew the paper's bristol
When art came, I picked it up
I was just a kid and Brainiac was all I loved

Great piece. Thought it was a cover for a minute.

Loved Kitson's work on LEGION. Easily one of his best runs to date.
