Steve Ditko - The Many Ghosts of Doctor Graves #62 - Original Art Page

As explained in my other Ditko post, I have been a huge Ditko fan since the 90's when I discovered his Spider-man comics. Since I cannot afford the original art pages from his prime in the 60's, I've turned to the next best thing: pure Ditko pages from his 70's Charlton work. This particular page features Doctor Graves prominently in the majority of panels and if you squint hard enough you might swear you see his Marvel counterpart. What drew me to this particular page, however, was the last panel. Does anyone know who might've done the lettering? Only 3 names are credited: the editor, writer and artist.
