Leo O'Mealia - All-Star Casts

I feel extremely lucky to have this. A wonderful rendering by one of the seminal and inaugural artists in the comics field. His covers for a number of the first issues of Action Comics, Adventure and Detective Comics and an incredible run of Fu Manchu, set a high bar for those that followed.

His skills landed him a gig as a sports cartoonist, which he did for many years, and of which this is an example. His illustrations hang in Cooperstown.

He always had a fun way of communicating his perspective. He usually didn't sign his work but if you look, you'll always find a little lion somewhere (Leo!)
