Sensation Comics #107, featuring Wonder Woman and Solomon Grundy

A second entry in my "One More Issue" Project commission series, imagining what night have happened if a Golden Age hero and/or title had been given (as the name suggests) one additional issue.

Wonder Woman's own title was published continuously from the 1940s to the 1980s, but she also headlined Sensation Comics until issue #106, December 1951, although the series then continued until issue #109 before changing the title (to "Sensation Mystery Comics") and being cancelled with issue #116.

This commission (adapted by artist Larry Guidry from the John Buscema / Frank Giacoia cover to Ms Marvel #6) imagines what might have happened in an unpublished issue #107 in which Wonder Woman remained the lead feature -- and battled Green Lantern's foe Solomon Grundy!
