Description

I had a very hard time deciding between Rom vs. Hawkman && Hawkgirl commission, and after I had Hawkman & Hawkgirl I couldn't resist going back to ask for Rom too.

I fondly remember several of the Rom covers that Al did and also seeing his editor's notes signed "-Al" when reading the comic as a kid... and teenager... and adult).

Awesome piece! Nostalgia at work to its fullest! Robots, armored suits, metal guys in the late 70's and early 80's gave boys comfort against a world that was increasingly frought with danger. Milgrom's ROM brings that indestructable hero we needed and wanted to be.
