Description

Original artwork for the 'Garth' strip as published in the Daily Mirror in 1979 (and reprinted in later years). The artist is Martin Asbury who has signed and dedicated it - "All good luck from Martin Asbury". This is one instalment of the 'Voyage into Time' story.

Nice piece with Garth galloping down the motorway on a ridiculous looking horse pursued by horsemen from the sixteenth century. Some dreamlike thought bubbles - "We're adrift in time...The centuries melt into each other in a ghostly fantasy".
