Jeeze dude! This is an absolute monster page, talk about an imposing figure. But we all knew he was no match for the Hulk! Congrats on this beauty.
Finally, it takes someone with the creature design vision of Nic Klein to come up with a monster who can challenge the Hulk. I hope he doesn't turn into a jobber and will come back for the long term. With a name like Tidwell, Brother Deep had me at "hello". You'd think he'd show the Hulk the real meaning of "quan".
So cool!!!
Love the s a,e of the monster dwarfing Hulk. Excellent!
I found that (so far) the art eclipses the writing on this series.
The sense of scale on this splash is fantastic!
Very impressive! Of course NOT to Hulk 😏
Man, thats a great image by Nick. Above all, I really love the sense of scale! Congrats!
Every edge of the page is filled with monstrosity. Exquisite lighting by Klein.
Awesome image. Klein did a great work with demonstrating size here.
Amazing page! Definitely share your sentiments about Klein's work on Hulk so far. Congrats on the FCA drop to land a page!
Amazing monster splash! Love the scale!
I've really been digging the art on this series. The lighting and rendering are fantastic and right up my alley. Congrats on successfully snagging this page!
Fuuuuuuuuiuu*K! So gorgeous!😍
Ferocious Figurative Rendering with a Powerful use of Light!! ......Hulk doesn't stand a chance.......
Great choice to represent the series. Hulk and beastie - can't go wrong!
This is magnificent.
Festooned indeed FTW!
Outstanding splash, congrats!
love it
such a cool, imposing image, congrats!!!
Using the onomatopoeia as a light source is such a brilliant trick. I don't think I've seen that before, but I hope to see it again. It really adds a nice element to such a great inky page. And the Wrightson/Corben homage stylings are so nice. Excellent Hulk page from Klein, to be sure. Artless Smash!
Nice page! I love a lot of ink on a page as well. And this one certainly has some ink on it. The monster is so cool. It great to see the Hulk battling new monsters. Nic is killing it on this book.
Dynamic! Great lettering :-)
The perspective here really sells the scale, great piece by Klien!
WOW! Such a powerfully ominous splash! The sound effect really sets it all off juxtaposed against the bottom figures and the towering monster. Love it.
Stunning page from Nic Klein! I love Klein's work on the Incredible Hulk. His ink washes give the monsters Hulk battles so much weight and solidity that they seem almost real. This creature is so gargantuan and so powerful looking that it really seems like it will pose a challenge for the Hulk. Great pick-up, congrats!
So awesome. I mean, if you were going to pick a piece to exemplify the run...
Great dritty detail matched with that lighting effect. And LOVE when sound effect lettering is drawn right on the board! Congrats!
This...is bloody remarkable!
Beautiful page - one of the coolest splashies in the current run; hell, a contender for one of the finest Hulk splash pages ever!
Definitely has a rich, dense Corben/Wrightsonesque vibe, but Klein's naunced, weighty inking has a unique mastery all it's own.
Klein will certainly be recognised as one of the finest Hulk artists of all time. I'm part jealous, but more happy as hell to see this inconically Hulkerific page in good hands, being shared and celebrated.
Whatever you paid for it, well worth it. And thank you.
Wow!
WOW! Fantastic page! Congrats
Roarr indeed ! A catch of epic proportions, congrats !
