Gold Lantern by Derec Donovan

Gold Lantern is the creation of Ryan Sook and Brian Bendis, and he was a brand new character for their version of the Legion of Super-Heroes. Kala Lour is a blind schoolteacher who was offered a Gold Lantern Ring by the "Elders of Oa". He joined the Legion of Super-Heroes and is one of their most powerful members. I like Sook's design, and I hope we eventually learn more about the character. Derec did an amazing job with this commission, delivering a Gold Lantern who has both rings ready for action! I love those space backgrounds Derec adds to many of these commissions!
