Description

From May 4th, 1951. Picked up in London, by Olympia, last Friday, being brought out and seeing one of these large pieces of art being revealed, with it's size and vibrant colours was memorable. Dare as an Atlantean on Venus, with the Mekon as a prisoner, and Treens in pursuit.

My first Hampson, and an early one in from the second year of the Eagle run. The evolution of art is evident to me vs. the earliest strips, and later to the strips like the Man from Nowhere.

Need to make an Eagle logo for the space. This was originally gifted by Frank to the seller from what I gathered.
