Karate Kid vs. Harley�Quinn by Ron�Randall

Ron Randall has been drawing comics since the 1980's, and he's drawn them well. I'm not sure where I first saw his work but I would guess it during his Justice League Europe run. Anyway, I've had Ron on my "to be commissioned" list for a while, and finally officially commissioned him�as Kickstarter reward on his Trekker campaign earlier this year. If you've never read Trekker, start here, it's fantastic. When I sent Ron the idea for a "Karate Kid vs." commission and a list of opponents, I was delighted to find out that Ron is a fan of Mr. Val Armorr! He chose Ms. Harleen Quinzel as Val's opponent, and then delivered this fantastic piece! Harley looks as crazy as ever, and Val looks a bit startled by this lunatic! The ink washes here are really nice, and I love the poses. Thanks, Ron!

Harley Quinn has enhanced strength, speed, and agility, but her best asset in this fight is her unpredictability! Karate Kid won't be able to predict her moves, because they won't make sense. And she's definitely a physical threat. But does that mean she'll win? Heck, no! Val will shatter�that mallet and then knock Dr. Quinzel on her keister!
