Description

See the front page of the gallery for the explanation of this issue's significance. This page is a big part of it: Supergirl's old costume has been shredded by a wizard, so Diana Prince helps assemble a new one. As the pasted-on caption (a late addition?) explains, this was part of a write-in contest to engage readers with the series. Is Supergirl�s right arm attached to her shoulder?

This new costume (the first of many) appears on the cover as well, with two important differences: It is sleeveless and gloveless. The original art looks sleeveless on this page and throughout the rest of the story as well. Were the blue arms an editorial choice, or a colorist's mistake? Either way, they last as long as this costume does.

Morgana also accepts a black mini-dress from Diana to replace her Napoleonic bustle. Do you like her black cat? Better enjoy it here, since it vanishes from the story when Morgana heads out to the woods with Diana and Supergirl on the following page.
