Original Cover Art - Rudolf Sieber-Lonati (* October 16, 1924, † April 27, 1990).

Published as cover of the German eerie pulp series Macabros #9 »Der Blutregen« (Blood Rain) in April 1974.

I am not a particular eerie pulp fan but this artwork has something I really like. It is also featured on the backside of the Lonati illustration art book. Personally, I would say it is among the most popular Lonati artworks.

Now that's an attractive shage of grape purple! It looks so wet and juicy for these sharks and amphibians to be able to travel through the air.
