Description

The Space Phantom from the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe by Frank Miller with inks by Joe Rubenstein. A little blue pencil joke left by Mr. Miller perhaps inspired by the slight resemblance to a former president has the Space Phantom saying "I'm not a crook!"

Signed by Rubenstein and later Miller at Baltimore ComicCon 2022.
