Description
Just a fun-fun-fun romp of a double page title spread featuring lots of images of Impulse and a mysterious cloaked character who turns out to be Inertia, who had a brief cloaked cameo at the end of the previous issue, and who is seemingly obsessed with Bart.

He is revealed in all his costumed glory at the end of this issue.

Also in this issue, we are introduced to a character called The Fog Prince (aka a kid named Nelson Arling), whose father was the Silver Fog. Yeah I know ... some major A-list characters makin' the rounds here.

Anyway, thanks for looking!

Great perspective and depth.  Love that the detailing goes so far back into the image.

Van Sciver is amongst the most hated pencillers...amongst his inkers who have to slave over every detail on his pages.  Especially daunting for Rollins in a DPS of this magnitude.

I've never read a single issue of Impulse and I can't be absolutely sure but I think I may never even have read a guest appearance of his, but Van Sciver was really coming into his own as an artist at this time and for that reason alone this is great to see. Some people like Impulse as a character while others consider him just another Flash ripoff, but I think it's all relative.
