Description
So here is one that I've had for a long time. I originally thought this was Dominguez when I bought it (it might have been identified as such on eBay). Turns out not Dominguez, but an artist by the name of Jim Janes, who I had not come across. Not terribly prolific, working mainly in DC and Warren with a few stints elsewhere ... particularly known for Legion of Super-Heroes. Hey mainly worked in animation after 1988, in a lot of the cartoons we love.

Love the set up for this, with the evil carnival barker, and the girl seeing what her fate will be ... very EC. Great job on inks by Dick Giordano

So wicked!  Beheadings with a black background add extra weight of sinister intent to the situation!

Off with her head! I agree, the wax museum motif is always fun and having the carnival barker a glimpse of her immediate future is a nice coup de grace!
