His lighter lines and light shading give us enough of her shapely physique to create a mixture of sweetness and innocence that Benes imbues in the modest way Supergirl is presented.

There is a hint of pencils below there but mostly it's fine ink lines. Not sure if it's ball point pen but it does look like it.
