Description
Comic art master Bill Sienkiewicz illustrated this action-packed page from the story ; "The Dream Demon" in #22 (1982) of his classic run on Moon Knight.
It features Moon Knight in action in all nine expertly executed panels.
I believe I was at the age 15 - 16 years when the Moon Knight issues began running in Denmark in 1982 - and I quickly became a fan of this strange and complex universe.
Sometimes I asked myself : Was it all a dream or reality ?

- Sienkiewicz first drew attention to his work on Moon Knight, and he developed tremendously as an artistic force during his three-year tenure on the character.

The page is signed by Bill Sienkiewicz in the bottom margin.

Something dynamic happening in every string of the sequence on this page!  These Sienkiewicz poses are very unique and capture Moon Knight maybe a second off from the height of action in the non fighting scenes.  Maybe just to make us a beat slow on timing and asking us to play catch up by quickening the pace of reading.

You can still see the Neal Adams influence but there's a weirdness to the page that's moving towards the later Sienkiewicz. That fifth panel really hits me with the dreamlike quality.

Bill's talent hit it's stride during this period of MK. A classic page from a story we were all reading back in the early eighties.

A page complete in itself, when Sienkiewicz was a young turk

Called a Neal Adams imitator during this phase,  but damn didn't he prove them all wrong.   Spectacular page.   Congrats!
