Description

Here is the cub of Lone Wolf and Cub, Daigoro with one of his more innocent moments as he travels the road to hell (meifumadō) with his father. I picked this up in a small comic shop recently on a visit to Tokyo. It is a bit of an older piece and shows some signs of aging.

Very cool! Maybe someday I will get a piece by Goseki Kojima... maybe. I doubt I will ever find one in a small comic shop though!

I love the quickly dashed off brush strokes. The image conveys that great chilhood innocence that I think encapsulates what all of us art collectors are constantly trying to recapture with our collections.
