Description

Yes, Peter draws MARVEL heroines too, and draws them very well! His take of Ms Angelica Jones, codenamed Firestar, exudes superhero confidence, and appropriately so. She trained with the Hellions at the Massachusetts Academy until Emma Frost betrayed her trust. She was a co-founder of the New Warriors as well as serving as an Avenger. And though she has recently teamed with the X-Men, the design elements used here harken back to the days when she was simply the girl-next-door and an Amazing Friend!

Very nice tilt of the head so her hair can flawlessly flow over her shoulder. While the yellow and gold are eye catching, how Cleary does her complexion as a red head under the mask is what stands out to me.
