Juliet Jones Extravaganza

Heart of Juliet Jones was definitely not Stan Drake´s first priority in the 1980s. He used his still formidable creative powers to draw the excellent Kelly Green and then (the perhaps not-that-excellent, but financially more rewarding) Blondie. As for Juliet Jones, he produced his daily strips using, to a large extent, a brutal, pre-digital cut-and-paste method: Copying and cannibalizing figures and panels from older Juliet Jones strips. Here are a few samples from 1986, 1987 and 1988.
