Gives new meaning to the term “ball and chain.”

Because of Neal's iconic work in mainstream comic titles, the work he did for Power may sometimes be overlooked.  But it is an absolute treasure trove.  And the only thing better than getting a Power page by this legend is getting a page with TWO legends.  Congrats on this killer example.  Beautiful action page with no dense dialog and thus fewer word balloons.  Just lots of gorgeous artwork.  Love the two larger panels.  But really this whole page is a winner.

The pose in the last panel may have inspired that famous scene in the 300 movie. Just speculating.

Great action priented page from what I've always found to be a classic issue and quite rare as well, given how few Conan stories Adams ever drew!

One of two collaborations of Adams and Buscema on this title and you can tell how both artists rose to occassion!  A sensational page of action with Buscema's power in anatomy now elevated by Adams' touch.  No brainer that it would be used for Power Records as well with Neal Adams being well known and well respected there.

I had a bunch of Power Records, including this one, back in the day. Loved 'em. As for the art, it is an exceptional Conan action page by two legends.

I mean, yeah...I think y'all may be overmatched.  Probably time to peace OUT :)  Action scene storytelling and gestural figure work as only the geat John Buscema can bring!  AND got a Neal Adams ink assist?!  Suh-weet, indeed.  Congrats!

Fantastic page from the great John Buscema and the legendary Neal Adams! The pair really outdo themselves on this action-packed Conan page. Love that second panel of Conan swinging a prisoner by his chain like a human mace! Great final panel of Conan knocking two attackers down by merely kicking them with his boot! Buscema's draftsmanship is so perfect for drawing Conan and his enemies. And Neal Adam's crisp, sharp inkwork adds a lot to Buscema's pencils, making them much stronger and more intense. Great pick-up, congrats!

The pose and shading of the figure in the third panel is just superb - great perspective. A fantastic, dynamic page!
