Our friendly neighborhood postman delivered this today. By artist John Richard Flanagan, it appeared in the May 11, 1935 issue of Collier's, illustrating "The Bat Flies Low" by Sax Rohmer.

Vintage quality illustration as it shows the danger fom off panel and leaving the mystery on what power could supercede their meeting. The lighting is superb allowing the fine linework to be noticed.
