I wholeheartedly echo your sentiments.  Never thought I could enjoy anything as much as Mike's glorious Warlord run, but was happy to be proven wrong with Sable.  Good stuff Maynard.

I love how he chose to leave the olympic torch holding panels in straight pencil form. Nice art. I hope to be able to find the time to reread the entire series one day!

International intrigue at its finest!  With the backdrop of the 1984 Summer Games!  If only they addressed the McDonald's gold medal scratch off game.  Big Macs were flying out the door at an alarming rate to almost cripple an American institution.

And to think I thought Harding/Kerrigan was jealousy. This kicks it up a notch. Well hard to kick with a bad knee but you get where I'm going with this. If you do, let  me know because I have no idea.

Not familiar with the series but the page shows incredible merits on just the beautiful inking and how it preserved the delicate nature of the pencils, rather than the usual obliteration of it.
