DescriptionA pivotal issue for Rom, and not just because of the death of the Spaceknight, Rainbow. The Spaceknight Terminator had absconded with half of Rom’s human biological remains and was reshaped by Mentus (hmm, autocorrect wants to make that Mentos - the Freshmaker) to appear to BE Rom. In this issue, he is slain by Galactus, meaning Rom could “never” return to his human form. Many thanks to Carl Choi for pointing me to Gene/Readcomix (a GREAT guy) over on the CGC boards - got to meet Gene in person and pick up this page, which I am thrilled to add to my collection. Multiple Spaceknights (multiple Roms even), Terrax and Galactus – that's an awesome Rom page. Congrats!

Thanks! Rom prices have skyrocketed enough that I have to try to make rules for myself and this one ticked a lot of boxes. :)

It's a great page that further ties Rom to the greater Marvel Universe and goes cosmic with the action and plot!

Fantastic page from a fun storyline in Rom. I didn't think they could top the arc that ended with issue 25 and teased the arrival of Galactus. But when issue 26 showed up in the mailbox the following month, it was clear that they certainly would.
