Deaths Head vs Doctor Who cover submission

This Awesome Deaths Head vs Doctor Who cover was a submission by Matt Slay to Marvel for a modern look and story reminiscent of the Deaths Head II vs Doctor Who story in the original series of Deaths Head #8 (?). This didn’t come with the title, as he had it digitized in his personal files. A Deaths Head comic reader, I couldn’t pass it up when he said he would sell it, at Baltimore Comic Con 2024. And he did an Amazing sketch of the original Deaths Head in my sketchbook. Thank you Matt!
