Description

Another great OAX auction pick up. I really love the way that Canete puts his flair into Spider-Man, a character uniquely suited for his aesthetic (in my opinion). I�ve wanted a piece from Canete for a few years but the timing was never right. Well the 2025 OAX auction rolls around and while I attempted to 2-peat on my Maxi Dallo�s from the auction, I came up short.

Lucky for me my guardian angle (in the form of Chuck Arnold) swooped in and told me that a late addition of a Canete Spider-Man was coming up. I was not going to lose this one, and another great score from OAX. As an additional bonus, Eric was at OAX and I had him sign the piece. Jason told me that Eric�s signature �e� was already in it, and it took me a minute to find it (how fast did you find it?).

The colors on this are not to be believed in a digital scan - and the motion of this is what draws me to Canete.
