Although I'm gonna call this a "typical" Bugs Bunny story, that is actually a compliment and not a complaint. For me, the cartoon juggernaut of Looney Tunes is the GOLD standard. What's higher... Platinum? Then it's the PLATINUM standard. It was among the first and arguably the best at character development, use of humor fitting for kids as well as adults, and culture impacting. You can probably tell that I LOVE LOONEY TUNES!!!

JOSEPH MESSERLI. Now I'll admit that I didn't know anything about Joseph so looked him up. WOW! How have I missed his name and work before? Anyway, you can look up his web page but here's something about him.
- Worked at UPA Studios and designed the very first TWILIGHT ZONE logo
- Worked at NBC Burbank Graphic Arts Department and did the color illustrations for the BONANZA credits
- He was at Cambria Studio when they did CLUTCH CARGO, CAPTAIN FATHOM, SPACE ANGEL etc; for most of the 60s
- He did the inking and lettering on the FLINTSTONE daily and Sunday strip and YOGI BEAR daily panel and Sunday page for Hanna-Barbera.
- His comic book work for Western Publishing in L.A. included THREE STOOGES, BUGS BUNNY, PORKY PIG, YOSEMITE SAM, DAFFY DUCK, CAVE KIDS, FLINTSTONES, PINK PANTHER, BABY SNOOTS, WOODY WOODPECKER, ANDY PANDA and others.
