Superman's family are immune to magic, but I can't explain Barbara Gordon. Anyway, I have always loved Curt Swan's work. This page is terrific.

So, an intriguing twist, with Supergirl meets up with Batgirl, who is under the guise of "Lilibet", and she controls Congress except for one holdout? Man, that sounds like some sweet, political intrigue!
