Pretty fun homage! The pose looks so much more weird and creepy when Spidey's all just a solid blot of black ink with limbs that we piece together because we've seen this cover a million times. This is while the detail is reserved for the webs and the city.

very cool stylized homage to ASM 300! looks worthy of being a modern variant cover to a future milestone ASM issue in your colored/trade dress version as well.
