It's always been a goal of mine to own an Archie golf-themed cover. This one has Archie, Jughead, Betty, and Veronica, plus it is drawn by Dan DeCarlo Sr - a legend in his own right in Archie Comics circles. I couldn't have asked for a better golf cover to start with than this!

ha! a fun line/gag and a golf setting with these 4 characters make for a very charming Archie cover by DeCarlo. congrats!

Timeless Archie artwork!  I think they can still run the cover today and the gag would still have the same effect on people.

One of the very first Archie stories I read revolved around golf.  They were in the Stone Age, and Archie kept mispronouncing it glof.

Congrats on getting this baby.  All the principal characters (Reggie is an outlier to me) and Dan Decarlo to boot!!
