Sprouse expertly capturing one of the few contemplative moments before the pace rises again and then finally everything goes to hell...
Vader wears his Sunday best
Yoda's tired he needs a rest
The droids are playing up downstairs
Sister's sighing at Han's sleep
Brother's got a date to keep
He can't hand around
Our Sprouse, it's the Marvel cover need
Our Sprouse, in the Marvel cover
Our Sprouse on Lando's Cloud
There's always some dismembering
And it's usually quite loud
Ugnaughts been so Sprouse-proud
Chewie never slows them down
And the force is not allowed
No amount of dawn dish liquid, vinegar or ammonia is gonna take away the damage of what Wild E. Coyote has done.
Fantastic cover Miki!
Lotta Star Wars covers out there, but this really stands out
Very cool Empire Strikes Back Variant, Chewie with C-3PO's head! I loved checking out those covers during that period when they were celebrating the movie's 40th anniversary. Just a quick clarification for you though, this is actually "Star Wars: Darth Vader" issue #9 Empire Strikes Back 40th Anniversary Variant cover. The "26 out of 36" written at the top represents where it sits in the overall Empire Strikes Back Variant covers that were published, but those were published across all the various Star Wars titles (main book, Darth Vader, and others). Here's a link from Previews World reflecting the info incase you were curious
Thanks for the info. Updated!
Looks like somebody broke protocol.
These 40th Anniversary covers are great!
Simple, quiet, reflective. A beautiful take on Hamlet!
Gorgeous!
A great cover, congrats!
