Description

The famous west coast Hollywood rag "Rob Wagner's Script" for actors involved in the Hollywood scene cover art by the art director himself. Often thought of as the Italian Dr. Seuss, even though he was American born he did go to Italy for a time and came back to America where he migrated to the West Coast.. Heavily inspired by Pablo Picasso and Vincent van Gogh his original children’s book Illustrations won the Caldicott, this however was intended for his adult audience, whom he later in life focused his children’s books towards. Walt Disney himself tried to buy Politi’s young Mexican boy, hoping to make a movie however Politi turned the lucrative offer down.

I lke the girl has a flower as a stand in for her crown. The little guy could have picked up some of the "crowns" underneath and been a king to her queen.
