Description
From Carlton Comics 1969. Reminds me of the classic Abbott and Costello Meet the Mummy with both comedians on the page. From the cover story "The Spooky Past Cleaned-out Fast!"

I loved their b&w movies that were in syndication.  This is great caricature cartooning.  They must have had a 60's cartoon at some point.

There was a 60's cartoon that ran into the 70's.
