You don't know Brave
When you Bold me
And kiss destiny
It's the sweetest inks
And it don't change
If I had this my page
You would know Ventura
You're the one thief that I see in the morning
You're so sublime in the page when inks pouring
Won't you give chart totally
Give it all, oh
I just wanna see
It's just Linda Lee how beautiful you are
You know that I see it
I know you're a star
When you're Bob I'll follow
No matter how far
If life is a movie
Oh you're Perez art, oh
You're Perez art, oh
Nice viewing angle for Supergirl in flight, and a dense panel layout to heighten the action. Nice page!
Wiacek matching George's attention to detail is quite a sight to see.
That opening Supergirl panel is epic! What a pretty and intricate Perez page with excellent inking from Wiacek. congrats!
Fantastic artwork and some fo the best George ever did. I love that you got a Supergirl appearance in it!
Oh Miki, this art is so fine, it's so fine it blows my mind, hey Miki! Seriously, wow, gorgeous!
Wow - a page composition that is both brave -and- bold! :) Unbelievably rich and dense in the best possible way, this is Perez at his uber-detailed best, sinking as much of himself and his vast, encyclopediac DC knowledge into the page (and project) as writer Mark Waid brings to books he's all-in on... a perfect artist/writer match! And speaking of perfect matches, Bob's inks here are just plain magical, not backing down or shying away from the Coruscant-level challenge set down by an "imperial period", post-JLA/Avengers Perez drawing his line in the sand and declaring himself one of the best who's ever done it. I love how George and Bob pop Supergirl out of that amazing second panel by using the white area of her "flight swoosh" to separate her from the densely-packed backgrounds. This feels to me like the highly-detailed, rigidly defined Perez equivalent to Ditko's trippy and limitless Astral Plane; the polar opposite (and just as brilliant) flip-side that is completely immersive, wondrous, and mind-expanding. I mean, even the text in Destiny's book is defined, shaped, and detailed (rather than a typical squiggle)... incredible! Beautiful page, Miki!! HUGE congrats!!
