Description
A celebratory single panel daily from 2003. In this image Skeezix is 82 and Uncle Walt is over 100. It is my understanding Walt is still with us and must be in his 120's. Long live Gasoline Alley, perhaps the great American novel just told in sequential art. I bought this with the intention of gifting it to a friend. That will still happen in the near future but for now I'll share it with all of you. Happy New year and may you have a 2026 filled with friends, family and art.

The strip debut was in 1918 and this was the 84th time they got to ring in a New Years Day!  Amazingly they are still going strong with Scancarelli!

Thank you.  I am humbled to be named and feel underqualified but will do my best to live up to expectations.

If were 2003, I'd sell everything I owned and buy Miller, Byrne, Watchmen, Bolland and bitcoin.

Yeah me too...especially in the Back To The Future version of this OA tale...the reality for me though If it were truly still 2003 I prob still couldn't afford any of that as at the time I'd be scraping together pennies to buy CDs, Comics, and DVDs from Newbury Comics in Boston as a poor college student!
