Description
The Ren & Stimpy episode "My Shiny Friend" is one of my favorites of the entire series. It was spearheaded by Bill Wray, who practically made the cartoon by himself. It's an extravaganza of his "background is the scene" backgrounds, and this is the rough for one of them.
