DescriptionActually, they don’t call it a “Stargate” in the comic, they just call it a portal. But Bernard has drawn the device with technical details very reminiscent of the Stargate from the TV show, and that’s what really drew me to this page. But I’ve also admired Bernard’s pencils for some time, so this was the right example of his work for me.Storywise, Lady Death, Hellwitch and La Muerta are about to use the portal to travel to Hell to stop Satanus from terraforming Earth into the Pit. Bad girl art was alive and well with Bernard being such a great artist on Lady Death! He was able to bring more storytelling and legend to the character with those superior pencils!
