Description
The scan is no good. The blacks are so dark in the original. This might be my favorite Abbie n Slats original I have. I love the silent storytelling. I love the sense of tension. Its a great example of what you can do in three panels.

Nice use of screen tones.  I like the hair and the flowers in the first panel to frame the mystery interloper.

Great shadowy figure in panel 3. The first panel is very well laid out and drawn.
