Gray Morrow - Tarzan Sunday Comic Strip (United Feature Syndicate, 1998)

A great 8-panel page of Edgar Rice Burroughs most famous character, Tarzan as illustrated by the incomparable Gray Morrow. This comes from a classic "fish out of water" scenario with Tarzan visiting New York City but looking for familiar friends at the Bronx Zoo, but of course meeting with his primate brethren before being taken by a monster-sized vulture! Finished in ink over graphite with art measuring approximately 11"x15" and has a hand-painted color guide overlay. Signed by the artists in the last panel and in overall excellent condition.
